New Place – Hampshire

Come along and join DRWF at De Vere’s beautiful New Place as the setting for this years’ Diabetes Wellness Weekend. New Place has a wonderful mix of old world charm and modern facilities all set in 32 acres of pristine countryside and woodland. It is located near Wickham in between Southampton and Portsmouth. All of our meetings will be in the delightful mews quarters, our accommodation will be in newly refurbished, individual chalets and all of our meals and evening relaxation will take place in the Grade I listed manor house.

Together we will enjoy a full programme of talks and presentations on all aspects of diabetes from our guest healthcare professionals, some gentle exercise sessions, question and answer sessions, cookery demonstrations and even the chance to try some holistic treatments. All of this and more in a friendly and supportive setting. It is also a great chance to meet other people living with diabetes and make some new friends.
