Join us in Hampshire in 2012 for the annual residential Diabetes Wellness Weekend. This special event is designed specifically for people living with diabetes to learn more about their condition in a friendly and supportive environment.  The weekend will provide you with the know how to improve, manage and enhance your existing self management skills. There will an opportunity to take part in a programme of interactive talks, discussions and presentations from diabetes healthcare professionals, covering many aspects of diabetes. You will also have the chance to participate in some fun activities, gentle exercise sessions, relaxation and socialise with like-minded people. Whether you have Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, the weekend will provide you with the opportunity to discuss your diabetes related concerns with the speakers in an informal environment and have all your questions answered in one go. The weekend provides a wonderful platform for meeting new people with diabetes and making new friends.
