A market research fieldwork company are currently looking for people with type 2 diabetes to take part in a project in London.
Participants will be interviewed by trained medical researchers in a one to one 40-minute interview and their valuable feedback will help companies in developing their products and medication for diabetes patients.
Patients will be paid £40 for their time and input. There are very limited numbers of places available and potential participants will be asked a series of questions to check suitability.
The location of the interviews will be at a hotel in West London, exact location to be confirmed. Interviews will take place on Monday 24th August.
Potential participants must have type 2 diabetes and have complications such as eye problems or feet and leg problems or had a more serious health issue such as a heart attack, stroke or kidney problem – all related to their diabetes.
The research company need a mixture of Ethnic groups – White, Asian and Afro Caribbean.
Even if participants are not suitable for this project, the market researchers can keep the details of interested parties on file for other projects relating to diabetes in future.
