King's College in London are conducting a project to scope the current organisation and delivery of diabetes services in England and future research priorities.
There are two separate surveys, one for people with diabetes and one for healthcare professionals.
If you would like to have your say, you can complete a short online survey about:
· Current strategies for patient education;
· Supporting self-care behaviours;
· Organisation of diabetes care.
The survey will be open until the 27th of November.
The project is funded by the National Institute for Health Research (via the SDO) and is supported by NHS Diabetes.
