FREE Diabetes Awareness Necklaces and Medical Check-up cards

As part of our outreach programme, we offer FREE diabetes awareness necklaces to anyone requesting them from our head office.

These necklaces, which can be worn discreetly under clothing, are designed to alert anyone providing emergency medical assistance to the casualty’s diabetic condition. This can help speed up diagnosis and treatment considerably and could even mean the difference between life and death.

At DRWF we encourage anyone with diabetes, and especially those prone to suffering hypoglycaemia, to wear this form of identification.

We also provide Medical Check-up cards which can be personalised and carried in a wallet or purse. These are also provided free of charge on request.

Please send a SAE (a stamp is not necessary, but adding one helps keep our costs down - postage needs to be to the large letter value of 58p) to DRWF, 101-102 Northney Marina, Hayling Island, Hants. PO11 0NH.
