Neuropathy

Is there any drug which can assist with stomach neuropathy? Currently, I am taking 80mg of Omeprazole daily with little to no relief from nocturnal refluxing and daily vomiting. I also take Gaviscon as required.

I am a type 2 diabetic for which I take insulin twice a day. Hospital specialists have diagnosed my also having neuropathy of the stomach but surgery has been ruled out because of a number of other health factors.

Is there any research currently working on neuropathy of the stomach?

Any help would be gratefully received.
