Hold a fundraising event

Many people call us and offer to fundraise by means of sponsored events, coffee mornings and raffles etc. In order to help our supporters as best we can, we have put together a 'Fundraising Activity Pack' with some helpful suggestions and considerations to make, when planning an event of any kind. It is not exhaustive and you should always be sure to check with the relevant authorities before undertaking any kind of event open to members of the public.

Recycle your old mobile phones and print cartridges for DRWF

Help save the planet while continuing to raise valuable funds for DRWF by recycling all of your printer cartridges and mobile phones.

DRWF has joined forces with The Recycling Factory who will donate up to £10 to DRWF for every mobile phone that it can successfully recycle. All you need to do is send your old handsets to our address here on Hayling Island.

Your old mobile phone will be broken down and recycled into many new products. Please only send the handset as the chargers cannot be recycled at the moment. Remember to check that you have removed your SIM card.

Please also send us your old cartridges. However, we can’t recycle Epson ones!
