Our 2024 line-up includes runs with charity places, like the Brighton Marathon, The BIG Half London, Cardiff Half, our own Diabetes Dawdle and more. We also have the London to Brighton Cycle Ride, Abseil opportunities, Tough Mudder events up and down the country, plus Sky Diving nationwide.
Not forgetting our big diabetes Wellness Event, United Through Diabetes 2024. This unique event is your one-stop-shop of everything diabetes all under one roof. UTD brings experts together from across the diabetes community to share their knowledge, expertise, practical skills, personal experiences and the very latest in information, guidance and diabetes related services and products...
