The Cardiff Half is the UK's second largest half marathon, attracting more than 27,500 runners and 50,000 spectators to the city. The event is known for its fantastic atmosphere and tremendous support of the residents and businesses of Cardiff.

From the elite field – which attracts some of the world’s top runners – to the club athletes and charity fun runners, the race has something for everyone. The route takes runners past the capital’s most iconic landmarks with beautiful scenery and historic buildings. The mostly flat and fast course makes it ideal for beginners as well as elites
