Making lifestyle changes that could improve your health in future years is one of the key messages of the NHS England Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Programme during this year’s Diabetes Prevention Week (1st April to 7 April).
The week aims to raise awareness about what signs to look out for that could lead to type 2 diabetes
People are recommended to eat healthier and be more active to reduce their risk of developing type 2 diabetes and associated health complications.
