Great North Run – Sunday 13th September 2026

Whether you're a seasoned runner or an excited first timer, you could be part of the electric atmosphere of the Great North Run.

Imagine running the stunning city-to-sea course. Lap up the famous local support and see ‘that’ view as you reach the final mile. A day you'll remember forever – including the Red Arrows, lots of local positivity and fun.

Registration Fee: £30.00 (non-refundable)

Sponsorship: £300 (excluding eligible gift aid)

To help you stay on track and ensure all fundraising targets are met in good time, please note the following checkpoints for your sponsorship pledge:

• 25% of your sponsorship pledge is due 6 months prior to the event date
• 50% of your sponsorship pledge is due 3 months prior to the event date
• 80-90% of your sponsorship pledge is due 1 month prior to the event date

Any remaining fundraising balance (if applicable) must be received no later than 2 weeks after the event date. 

Failure to meet these fundraising deadlines may result in your event entry being withdrawn.
