Digital weight management programme to improve health recommended by NICE

Gro Health provides personalised self-management and behaviour change support across the four key pillars of health: mental wellbeing, sleep, nutrition and activity.
Since its launch in June 2021, the app has been awarded from NHS, the Association of Obesity Studies, and launched in numerous settings including Cornwall, West Sussex, and with organisations like Transport for London and Swiss Re.
Wegovy was launched in the UK this week as option for weight management in line with NICE guidance, alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.
The treatment could help people with pre-diabetes and reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
