We talk to Dr. Jack Mosley and his brother Dan Mosley – the sons of popular BBC health presenter Dr Michael Mosley, who tragically died two years ago (5 June 2024). He had been exploring diets to reverse Type 2 diabetes and developed the Fast 800 approach in 2018 with his wife Dr Clare Bailey-Mosley. His family have seen this as something of a legacy for Michael’s work which has the potential to improve the health of people living with diabetes.
